Is that time of the year again! Here, in Istria, is a "ritual".

Between October and November our volunteers and our staff members were picking olives, although it is a demanding task our team performed it well. This is one of the first team building activity that occurs during the EVS project, intending to help the team thinking as one and present good results. Most of the times participants had never done it before so we are able to pass on the knowledge on how to pick the olives and make the olive oil. 
We don't take it lightly!, it is a demanding and hard work process but when you taste the results everything feels worth it.
