During the month of September, Ecomuseum works in the grape and olive harvest.
Ecomuseum Istrian de Dignan organizes workshops on olive and grape harvest giving the participants the opportunity to learn about the history of grapes, olive trees, traditional method of harvesting and production processes.
As part of the ''Didactic farm: Value of good food from seed to plate'' on the 23rd and 27th of September the students of 6 classes of the Vodnjan-Dignano Elementary school had the chance to visit Agroprodukt's wine cellar in Vodnjan.
On the last two weeks of August was organized a work camp in the farm for the international volunteers of DINAMIC project, in order to build a new fence for the donkeys, a dry stone wall, and a garden that reproduce the map of Vodnjan-Dignano.
On the second half of August took place, in Pou-Upa, a yoga class for the staff members.
